  • Payments made before 12:00 NN (Philippine time) will be shipped same day.
  • Payments made after 12:00 NN will be shipped next business day.
  • No shipping on Sundays and official holidays.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • We ship via trusted third-party couriers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days within the Philippines.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays, rerouting, or failed deliveries.

3. Shipping Confirmation

  • A confirmation message will be sent once your order is shipped.
  • Tracking numbers (if available) will be provided upon request or when applicable.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is FREE for all orders within the Philippines, unless otherwise stated.

5. Packaging and Handling

  • All orders are carefully packed to ensure the integrity of the product during transit.
  • If you have specific packaging instructions, please include them in the order form under “Notes”

6. Shipping Insurance (Optional)

  • If you wish to add shipping insurance, please inform us during checkout.
  • We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage caused by courier mishandling. Insurance claims must be coordinated directly with the courier.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
  • We are not liable for failed or misdirected deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

International Shipping Terms:

We offer discreet international shipping for your privacy and protection. However, by placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Discreet Packaging
All international orders are shipped in with no mention of peptides, medications, or related contents.

2. Import Responsibility
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the items ordered are legal and allowed for import into their country. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

3. Customs and Risk of Seizure
We do our best to ensure successful delivery, but we cannot guarantee customs clearance. We are not liable for:

  • Packages delayed, returned, or seized by customs
  • Any duties, taxes, or import-related fees charged by your country
  • Any documentation issues due to the nature of the products

4. Product Use and Compliance

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You are importing these products for personal use only
  • You are aware of and accept full responsibility for compliance with your local laws and regulations
  • You understand that these peptides are not FDA-approved, and therefore we will not be held liable for any customs documentation issues, regulatory inquiries, or import-related complications arising from their classification

5. Strict No Refunds Policy for International Shipping

Due to international import risks, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including (but not limited to):

  • Customs delays, seizures, or returns
  • Documentation issues
  • Changes in import regulations
  • Buyer error or change of mind

If you prefer a safer alternative, we can ship to a local Philippine address instead.

6. Shipping Timeframes
International orders typically arrive within 3–21 business days, depending on your country. However, delays may occur due to customs inspections or local courier handling. These are outside our control.
