Due to the nature of our products, all orders are considered final. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Returns
We do not accept returns under any circumstance. Please ensure you review your order carefully before submission. -
No Refunds
We do not issue refunds for any reason, including (but not limited to) change of mind, incorrect ordering, dissatisfaction with the product, or issues arising from shipping. This also applies to all international orders — no refunds will be issued if the shipment is seized, delayed, returned-to-sender (RTS), held by customs, or impacted by courier or international logistics issues. Once the parcel has been shipped, it is fully beyond our control. -
No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. Please double-check your selections for accuracy before confirming your order. -
Defective or Damaged Items
We pack and ship all orders with care. However, damage in transit is not within our control. If you are concerned about potential damage or loss during shipping, we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order. Any claims related to damage after shipment must be handled through the courier and are not eligible for replacement or refund by us. -
Incorrect Shipment Due to Customer Error
We are not responsible for incorrect shipments caused by inaccurate information submitted by the customer (e.g., wrong address, wrong item selected, etc.).
